Refund policy

Because all Zone In products are made to order through our fulfilment partner Printify, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges (including incorrect size or colour choices). Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.

That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with Printify to make it right.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund, depending on what suits best.

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us. We will work with Printify and the carrier to investigate and organise a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Choosing the wrong size, colour or variant

  • General wear and tear

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are sent to production shortly after purchase. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has already entered production, changes are no longer possible.
