Order Processing

All orders are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to production within 1–2 business days. Production times may vary depending on item type and demand.

Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the Printify fulfilment partner used for your order. Most Australian orders arrive within 7–14 business days once shipped. International delivery times may vary.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item type and current carrier rates.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Each item may ship separately depending on the fulfilment partner.

Delays

Shipping and production delays may occur during peak periods, weather events or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace items lost due to incorrect addresses. If your order is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us.

Customs Fees (International Orders)

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
